Eat, drink, and be married.

Ben & I both agree that we are a
an old-fashioned type of couple...

It;s funny because some of our friends and families have said so. We are drawn to the woo-ing music from the 1920's. Ben is a total jazz, swing, and classical music lover! He's played the saxophone for years. Real music. That's what we like to call it anyway. Music that comes from your voice, lips and hands. Raw music. My heart began to throb as I listened to Louis Armstrong's "La vie en rose."

We are holding a romantic, sit-down dinner and dessert reception outside by a beautiful fountain with the backdrop of trees and a Spanish-Revival style Chapel at California Baptist University. I can already begin hear the music and conversations filled with laughter and clinking silverware...

Here's the song :)

So, with our old-fashioned style, and having been to a couple weddings myself, I wish I had gotten the chance to talk to people more. We want beautiful music, rich conversation, and a nice dinner. We are keeping it elegant and simple, but memorable and fun. What can be better than that?
