BON APPÉTIT: Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

These are really easy to make! Perfect for a small breakfast or a delightful, little snack. Found this quaint recipe here. I used vanilla yogurt instead of buttermilk. took photos of the entire process but here's a few for some visual interpretation (that is a ripe baby lemon from our tree...it was the only one I could find that wasn't green, but it worked):
