Shoes

Today, I was rescued by a CBU security guard on campus who escorted me to my car with a golf cart. My sandal broke and I couldn't walk the short distance. It was a little embarrassing, but hey, things happen. I can't imagine what it is like for those who do not own shoes and walk barefoot each day. Today, I'm thankful for shoes, even if they occassionally and sadly rip apart. And you betcha' I've got wedding shoes on my mind.  I'm not sure what kind of shoe I want, except that it has to have huge heels with a romantic feel, in a navy blue color, oh and they must be very comfortable (yes, I'm dead  serious...bad ones can ruin your whole day and I'm not risking the pain for cute shoes). I'm on the hunt. I might splurge a bit of money on shoes for the sake of beauty and comfort all in one. Plus, it's nice to have an amazing pair of shoes in your wardrobe. Who says you can't wear your wedding shoes again?

So far, Badgley Mischka is my top pick for wedding shoes. She has beautiful pairs in the colors I am looking for. The price is, well, pricey for me. You get what you pay for most of the time.
